very useful for the lower back where it is hard to reach with a massage gun. It is also useful for foot massage, just place under the foot on the floor and let it go. The multiple settings are good, the 5th setting with varying massage vibrations and the puise massage works great.

I have anterior rotated pelvis, broken facet, one disk gone and a couple compromised.I use this ball daily after McGills big 3 exercises, then I stretch. This makes the difference between normal function and a life of pain. For a while I tried stretching without the vibrating ball. Felt like I was trying to stretch iron cables. Went to TB12 clinic and they taught me a lot, recommend this ball. After using this ball my muscles are able to relax and stretch which is critical. This massage ball is ruggent and built to last. Very good quality build. Big difference between this and the cheap one I bought on Amazon also. Not only is it good quality, but I find Bang products to be more effective than the cheaper alternatives.

I am currently in PT for issues with my hand and arm from decades of keyboard and mouse use. My therapist had me try this during a recent session. It reduced the tension in my hands and forearms immediately after a few minutes use. After my session, I ordered the Bang Ball PRO V2 sitting in my car in the parking lot before driving home. I plan on bringing it with me to work daily. I work 12-16 hours shifts and this is going to help my hands and arms stay healthy to do my job.

My wife has (HAD!) plantar fasciitis and tried two other items, one was a knock off and much cheaper than this one, but never provided even 20% of the relief as this one. The pain subsided by ONE week and he takes it everywhere when she travels. It works so great that we bought one for her mom and she is pain-free (with consistent use) after having the same issue for over 6 months!

This is an excellent device for deep tissue massage. For years I have used lacrosse balls, as per my physical therapist, for severe joint pain treatment after a workout. The ball lasts a very long time on a charge (initial charge does take a while).There are multiple settings, generally for me the third (middle) setting is good or the fifth (highest vibration level). It is just the right combination of size, padding, and vibration to really get in deep on the back, spine, and shoulder.

I had a pinch between my shoulder blades that then caused pain for three weeks and finally resorted to the Bang massage ball. It felt fine as I used it. Later I realized the pain was gone. I shouldn’t have waited to use it. It’s a quality unit. I first saw it my chiropractors clinic that has physiologists helping stretch people out. They use this ball as well as other tools. I got the ball and it helps me between visits to my chiropractor.

Really like how there is 5 different vibrations setting and it's a great size that fits in your hand and easy to move and also to lay/roll on. Love that is a rechargeable and not just batteries. Vibration speeds are great for light pain relief to super deep pain relief. Heavy duty object and great price for it.

It is hard to find the port to charge…for elderly hard to put cord in to charge. But it is amazing when it is charged! Planters fasciitis, sciatica! Shoulder pain! Neck pain! So great!!!

I’m an avid bike spinner. I do stretch before and after I ride. I was still experiencing cramping in my hamstrings especially after longer rides. I tried everything other riders recommended but the cramping was still an issue. My husband bought me this ball. Game changer. 15 minutes on each leg after I exercise and my legs feel great. No more cramping. I use it while reading or watching tv in the evening. Love it.

This unit is truly amazing. The vibration comes with five different intensities and the size is just right for pinpoint and vibrates to help relax those trigger points on your muscle. My trainer used it on me in a myofascial session after my workout and I was amazed by it. The price is a little bit high, but it drastically increased my recovery time so I think it was totally worth it.

I have the original Bang Ball and love it. Since I've had a lot of surgeries being able to take the GO on the plane work out tight spots is so valuable. I love that way that this vibrating massage ball works to easily get a deep massage. One of the best things is that there are no wires. Its long lasting charge and five vibrating modes make it super useful for muscle and tenon pain relief. They were using one at the Physical Therapy facility that I was sent to after hip surgery and it was so useful that I bought one on immediately!

Not sure I would buy again due to the price, but it does the job and has really helped ease some awful trigger points. The ball is nice in that you can easily travel with it. I've even used it while driving. If you're able to catch it on sale, I'd recommend.
