I purchased 2 massage guns as Christmas gifts and 1 worked perfectly from the start, however the other would not work, I contacted customer service and they were very responsive and super helpful - after sending them a video showing the issue they shipped a replacement battery for the unit which arrived quite quickly (in less than a week). It came with clear installation instructions and solved the issue right away - am loving this massage gun, and the charge lasts a long time. Highly recommend!

While the battery you've sent me works wonderfully (as does the device itself), my experience with getting it was terribly difficult. I received my Bang gun for Christmas. I discovered that same day that my unit was defective. It took my 3 attempts just to get a response back from the company, and over a week later! Next, I was made to jump through several hoops just PROVE my unit was defective (which I understand to a degree), but each time I responded to a communication, it would be several days before I would have any follow up. All in all, it took 3 weeks just to get a decision. This is far too long a process for me as a customer after being sold a defective unit. I cannot say that I could recommend your product to someone else without giving them this customer service warning.

Bought the Bang massager for a Christmas gift. It did not work. Emailed Customer Service and they sent out a new battery right away. Customer Service was excellent!

When we received our Bang massage gun initially we had a very disappointing experience. The battery would show as charged when plugged in but wouldn't stay when unplugged. After numerous email exchanges, providing details of what we did to charge, photos & video we were sent a replacement battery.
This battery was at 80% charge & we have been using the massager daily since & will have to do a recharge soon. The tools work well & we are experimenting with what to use on which muscles. The description of what tools to use with which muscle groups could be more clear on the website. Overall we are satisfied with the product.
